FOREIGN ACTIVITIES MUST BE INSURANCE IN TURKEY

According to social security legislation, being a citizen of the Republic of Turkey is not necessary to be insured in Turkey.

If the foreigner who has the necessary work permits is going to work as an employer, social security will be provided as 4 / a (SSK) like other workers

Foreigners' insurance notifications are made with temporary ID numbers given to them.

If it is to be operated in foreign home services, the work place file must be registered at the home address and the insured person must be notified in this work place file.

It is compulsory to register the insured entry of the foreigner within 7 days of the receipt of the work permit.

In order to do this, the employer must apply to the relevant Social Security Institution's provincial directorate and register the workplace and start insuring the foreign person.

Penalty for foreigners to work without a work permit is TL 7.612
